SEPARATE AGE APPROPRIATE ROOMS
The Before School Fun Program opens at 7 am for the convenience of the parents to drop off the Explorers before going to work.
BREAKFAST
The Explorers are encouraged to bring breakfast in the morning if arriving before 8 am. A microwave is available.

AFTER SCHOOL FUN
School age students spend most of their time during the day in the classroom! The Explorers are kept busy by our professional staff until their parent/guardian arrives at Toddlers ‘N Tots. We are open until 6 pm for the parents/guardians convenience.
The Explorers enjoy the following:
- afternoon snack, indoor or outdoor in our large pavilion
- large sports field for soccer, volleyball or baseball
- separate area for basketball
- largest State of the Art playgrounds - fenced in with safety surface
- 8 swings
- a rock climbing wall,
- 2 twisting sliding boards,
- 2 tire swings,
- bi-directional connecting bridge.
HOMEWORK SCHEDULE: Homework is supervised by our professional staff.

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION

PERMISSION FORM
A signed permission form is required to transport your explorer by bus.
SUPERVISED BUS STOP
DEPARTURE: 8:15 am
Each explorer will be accounted for at the Toddlers N Tots
bus- stop before the bus will continue to
East Greenwich Schools.
ARRIVAL: 3:40pm (approximately)
The Explorers arrive at the Toddlers ‘N Tots supervised
bus-stop. Attendance is immediately taken by the staff.
ASSIGNED SEATS
Explorers must be seated in their assigned seat with a safety belt at all times while the bus is in motion.
NOTIFICATIONS
Parents or guardians must notify Toddlers ‘N Tots office by 1:00 pm, if an Explorer will not be riding the AFTERNOON bus as scheduled on any given day. This allows the Toddlers ‘N Tots office ample time to notify the bus company and Toddlers ‘N Tots staff.

Direct Non-stop bus route to and from
Jeffery Clark and Samuel Mickle Schools.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
For the safety and well being of each Explorer, the Bus Safety Rules must be obeyed. Continued disruptive behavior by any Explorer on the bus may result in termination of transportation services and enrollment in the Before and After School Fun.

TUITION
YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable)
Free annual re-registration fee (a $75.00 value) when your child is re-registered on or before the yearly Spring
re-registration.
Tuition (non-refundable) for the Explorers Program includes days when the East Greenwich Schools are closed or any emergency including early dismissals. Tuition is due the first Wednesday of each month.
DROP-INS: Elementary students are welcome to attend at a daily rate when schools are closed or any emergency including early dismissals. Children must be registered at Toddlers N Tots for this service. Call the office 856-423-4242.
